
Grilled Chicken Wrap
Satisfy your lunchtime cravings with these grilled chicken wraps, offering an ideal combination of convenience and flavour that’s quick and easy to prepare; packed with tender grilled chicken, crisp vegetables, and creamy sauce, they’re the perfect option for a delicious and satisfying meal on the go, whether enjoyed at work, school, or picnics in the park.
Ingredients:
½tbsp One Stop vegetable oil
2 tbsp One Stop mayonnaise
2 plain tortilla wraps
1 One Stop salad tomato, sliced
½ romaine lettuce, finely sliced
Method:
1. Place the chicken breast between two pieces of baking paper and use a rolling pin to flatten the chicken to an even 2cm thickness.
2. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add the oil. Add the chicken to the pan and fry for 5-10 mins until golden and fully cooked through. Cut into thin slices
3. Warm the tortilla wraps for 30 secs in the microwave, then fill with the chicken, lettuce and tomato. Fold the wraps and serve immediately.
