Homemade Chunky Chips

Try these homemade chunky chips, a quick and easy side dish to accompany any dish.

Ingredients:

750g red potatoes, peeled

Sea salt and black pepper
Just Eat
Deliveroo
Uber Eats

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to its highest setting, ideally 250°C. Cut each potato into 1cm wide pieces, then into 1cm thick sticks. Blanch in a large pan of boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain well.
  2.  Place the potatoes onto a roasting pan, drizzle with oil and season well. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the potatoes twice until golden brown and crisp
