- 500g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Peel and trim the carrots and cut lengthways.
  2. Place all the carrots on a large baking tray. Drizzle the olive oil on and toss well. Roast for 15-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey over the carrots. Toss lightly and return to the oven for a further 8-10 minutes.
