Honey Roast Carrot Recipe
This recipe for Honey Roast Carrots is a super easy way to get your loved ones to eat their carrots. This is quick and easy to prepare that will add a sweet treat to your Sunday Roast!
Ingredients:
– 500g Carrots
– 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
– 3 tbsp Honey
– 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
– 3 tbsp Honey
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Peel and trim the carrots and cut lengthways.
- Place all the carrots on a large baking tray. Drizzle the olive oil on and toss well. Roast for 15-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey over the carrots. Toss lightly and return to the oven for a further 8-10 minutes.
