
Peri-Peri Chicken
Spice up your meal with this tasty marinated peri-peri chicken

- Start by placing the chicken into an oven dish, now add the olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes, Cajun, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub all of the seasonings into the chicken until covered. Cover the dish with cling film and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour. Top tip: we recommend marinating the chicken overnight to give it that extra bit of flavour.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high heat and add a dash of olive oil. Place the chicken into the pan and let the skin crisp for 5 minutes or until browned. Then, place back into the oven dish and cook for 20-25 minutes at 180°C degrees to ensure the chicken in cooked through.
- Finally squeeze a fresh lemon over the top and serve!
