100g basmati rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
500g lean pork mince
1 red chillies (thinly sliced)
1cm of sliced ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp clear honey
1 romaine lettuce, leaves separated
15g fresh coriander, roughly chopped
2 spring onions, finely sliced

1. Cook the rice as shown on the packet. Once that’s done drain the water and set aside.

2. In a large frying pan set a medium-high heat and heat up the sesame oil. Add the pork mince and fry until brown for about 7-8 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger and red chilli and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Then poor in the honey and fish sauce and give everything a good stir.

3. Take off the heat and add the rice into the mixture. Serve by spooning the mixture into the lettuce. Garnish with spring onions and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
