Puff pastry pizza
A puff pastry pizza is a light twist on traditional pizza, combining buttery layers with rich tomato sauce and melted cheese.
READY IN 20 MINUTES SERVES 4
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) or 220°C (conventional).
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Score a border about 1cm from the edge all the way around (don’t cut all the way through).
4. Spread the tomato and basil sauce evenly over the base, keeping inside the border.
5. Tear chunks of mozzarella and scatter them over the sauce.
6. Add ham pieces and a little extra cheese if desired.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
8. Serve and enjoy!
