
Inspired by the 1970s, this Scampi & Chips in a Basket is a quick, nostalgic classic revived in honour of One Stop’s 50th birthday. Crispy, golden chips paired with tender scampi, served just like the good old days.

Ingredients:
1. Young’s Scampi
2. McCain Oven Chips
3. Birds Eye Green Peas
4. Tomato sauce
5. Lemon wedges
6. ½ teaspoon salt

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C
- Preheat the baking tray while the oven heats.
- Remove all packaging from the Young’s Scampi.
- Place the scampi on the hot baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for 15 minutes.
- Cook McCain Oven Chips in a 2000W air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil on the stove add Birds Eye Green Peas. Boil for a few minutes until tender, then drain.
- Serve the scampi and chips in a basket, with peas on the side.
- Add tomato sauce and a wedge of lemon before serving.
