Simple Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

• Spaghetti
• Tomato Sauce
• Parmesan Cheese
• Garlic
• Olive Oil
• Seasoning e.g. dried oregano, salt, and pepper

Method:

Step 1 – Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of water to the boil with 2 tsp of salt. Add the spaghetti, stir for the first 2 minutes, and cook until al dente. Drain in a colander.

Step 2 – Cook the Garlic: In the same pot, heat olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano over medium heat. Stir for 20 seconds, then turn off the heat to prevent burning.

Step 3 – Combine Everything: Add the drained pasta, tomato sauce, a little more garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir gently until heated through.

Step 4 – Serve:Top with freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy!

Tips for the Best Results
• Salt the Water: It adds flavour to the pasta and prevents it from clumping together.
• Cook Pasta Al Dente: Perfectly cooked pasta should be firm to the bite.
• Garlic is Key: Don’t skip the fresh clove at the end—it’s essential!
• Avoid Burnt Garlic: Turn off the heat before adding it for gentle cooking.
