
A fun and fruity twist on strawberries and cream, perfect for two! Layer creamy ice cream with fresh strawberries and a sweet strawberry sauce, then top with crunchy wafers, nuts, and whipped cream.

Ingredients:
10g white chocolate
2 pink wafers
1 tbsp hundreds and thousands (sprinkles)
400g strawberries (1 halved for topping, the rest hulled)
2 tsp icing sugar
2 scoops strawberry & cream ice cream
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Dairy spray cream
2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
Small mint sprigs (optional)

2 tsp icing sugar

Method:
- Decorate the wafers:
Melt the white chocolate (in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water). Dip one end of each wafer into the chocolate, then sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Let them set on baking paper for 10 minutes. - Make the strawberry sauce:
Blend 50g of the largest strawberries with the icing sugar until smooth. Strain through a sieve and chill. - Build your sundae:
In a tall glass, layer the ice cream, chopped strawberries, and strawberry sauce. - Top it off:
Add a swirl of spray cream, sprinkle over the chopped nuts, and garnish with the halved strawberry, decorated wafers, and mint sprigs if using.
