-500ml cold milk
-250ml fruit yogurt
-2 bananas
-8 large strawberries

Method:

  1. Pour the milk and yogurt into the blender
  2. Peel the bananas and break into three pieces and add to the blender
  3. Wash and drain the strawberries, before pulling the green stalks off and adding the strawberries into the blender
  4. Blend for 5 to 10 second pulses, repeat until the mixture is smooth
  5. Pour the smoothie into beakers and serve
