Valentine’s Charcuterie Board
Shareable Valentine’s charcuterie board packed with savoury bites, sweet treats and melted cheese dip.

Ingredients:
Salami
Red grapes
Pretzels (chocolate)
Cheddar cheese
Red Leicester cheese
Coleslaw
Babybell 6pk
Jacob’s Crackers
Crispy Chicken bites
Crisps of choice
Dips / sauces of choice
Red grapes
Pretzels (chocolate)
Cheddar cheese

Method:
1. Create salami flowers on board as centrepieces. How to:
– Grab a glass
– Fold salami circles in half and place around glass rim
– Add another layer of salami, making sure to stagger the starting point- think house bricks.
– Layer until satisfied with volume.
– Tip glass slowly onto board, leaving salami flower.
– Repeat
2. Unbox other ingredients and place them as desired around the board
3. Place 4-6 Babybels in a microwave safe dish and heat until melted, add to board for a delicious dipping cheese!
4. Serve and enjoy
