Official Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 Terms & Conditions

1. The prize promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over except employees (and their immediate families including any live-in partner or household member) of One Stop Convenience Stores, this includes Franchise colleagues, as well as their representatives or agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.  

2. How to participate: Entry and participation is free. Enter by clicking on the banner on www.onestop.co.uk or onestop.co.uk/wrwc-2025 to access an external microsite. Customers must complete the registration form available on the subsequent page. All participants will be offered the chance to complete a registration form and be entered into a prize draw to win the prize.

Tickets to games of their choice, tickets cover all matches on the day of their choosing, including: 

22nd August at Stadium of Light (Sunderland) – England v USA, 

23rd August at Salford Community Stadium – Australia v Samoa & Scotland v Wales, 

6th September at Sandy Park (Exeter) – Canada v Scotland & Wales v Fiji, 

6th September at Brighton & Hove Albion Stadium – USA v Samoa & England v Australia, 

13th September at Sandy Park (Exeter) – quarter-final 1, 

13th September at Ashton Gate Stadium (Bristol) – quarter-final 2, 

14th September at Sandy Park (Exeter) – quarter-final 3, 

14th September at Ashton Gate Stadium (Bristol) – quarter-final 4, 

19th September at Ashton Gate Stadium (Bristol) – semi-final 1, 

20th September at Ashton Gate Stadium (Bristol) – semi-final 2 

  1. Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time (as available and set out at terms_and_conditions.pdf or such other webpage as determined by World Rugby Events Designated Activity Company (“WRED”) from time to time) and all applicable WRED and tournament organiser “Tournament Organiser”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by WRED). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize. 
  1. Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED. 
  1. Data Protection: By completing your details you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else. 
  1. Use of Data: The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or Tournament Organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners. 
  1. Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion. 

3. Winners will be selected after the closing date via a secure, independently verified prize draw by One Stop Stores Ltd and the prize will be fulfilled by WRWC. Winners of the prize will be informed by email and asked to provide additional details within 7 days to facilitate the delivery of their prize. If One Stop Stores Ltd have not received these details within these 7 days, new winners will be selected in accordance with the terms and conditions.   

4. There will be 13 winners in total. Each winner will receive 2x tickets to a match of their choice. 

5. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above; The Prize Provider is WRWC and will send out the prizes to the winners as soon as possible. Winners’ data will be shared with WRWC in order to fulfil the prize  

6. By entering the prize promotion, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.  

7. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.  

8. Players may play enter as many times as they like, however only one entry per person/registration/email/mobile number will be considered for each weekly prize draw.  

9. If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant selected in accordance with the promotion rules.  

10. The starting date of the overall prize promotion is 21st July 2025 at 09:00am. Closing date for this prize promotion is 11:59pm on 24th August 2025 and any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted by the Promoter. Participants will be entered into the prize draw for the week(s) in which they play as specified above.  

11. Submission of entries and proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.  

12. The winners’ surname can be requested by sending an email to brand@onestop.co.uk after the Closing Date. If you are a winner and don’t agree to this, or otherwise wish to limit the information that we make available, please contact us via this email address.  

13. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
