Grill: (Preheat grill), 8 mins Flip tenders halfway Air Fry: (Preheat to 200°C), 5 mins Flip tenders & add sub at 3 mins Microwave: (800W), 1 min 20 secs Flip tenders halfway Or simply just… Microwave tenders in sub for 1 min 30 secs & stand for 30 secs. Add mayo and enjoy!
