Unsmoked rindless back bacon rashers with added water.

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Tesco recommends that all meat products are cooked thoroughly. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. Grill: Place under a pre-heated grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow Fry: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon and cook over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
