10 Summer Fun Activities
This Summer hasn’t been quite what we all expected this year, but not to worry – we have some ideas of how you can lighten up your Summer. Take a look at our list of 10 Summer Fun activities that you and the family can get involved in at home and make sure to share with us what you get up to?
1. Make your own Ice Cream

2. Have a picnic at the Park
Now the national parks are open, it is an excellent way to get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine! Make a picnic with your favourite sandwiches, snacks and fruit. Don’t forget the sun cream!
3. Have a water fight
Why not get out in the garden and have a water fight, a great way to cool down and get the whole family outside! It’s the ultimate summer fun activity, get your water balloons and water guns ready, the fight is on!
4. Play some ball games
Ball games are a great way to have fun and get active. There are plenty of games to choose from that you can play in the park or in the comfort of your own garden. Our favourites include: rounders, football, tennis and catch.
5. Do some gardening
It doesn’t matter if you know nothing about gardening, you can still get involved. You could plant some flowers, decorate with garden ornaments, mow the grass or pull weeds out. Small changes can make a huge difference to your garden.
6. Make an outdoor dining area
With the lovely weather we can expect over summer why not take advantage of it and enjoy your meals outside. This can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just set up a few garden chairs and table and there you have it.
7. Make American Style S’mores

8. Make Homemade Lemonade

9. Back garden camping
Were you planning a camping trip this summer? Well, with holidays cancelled until further notice why not bring the camping trip to your garden? Pitch your tent, fill it with sleeping bags and snacks for a night of garden camping. The kids will love it!
