Triple cooked gastro chips prepared in beef and vegetable oil
- Potatoes (89%)
- Vegetable Oils (7%) (Corn, Rapeseed, Sunflower) – in varying proportions

Oven cook: Here’s how to cook 500g of McCain Gastro chips. If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen. Not suitable for air fryers. 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Fan/Gas mark 8. 2. Preheat a deep tray with no holes for 5 minutes. 3. Spread chips in a single layer & place in top of oven. 4. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes turning occasionally for a crispy golden finish. Instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook! Warning The fat will be hot Already twice cooked in our McCain kitchen, then once more in yours for extra deliciousness!
