Frozen, pork sausage wrapped in rosti potato
- Potato Jacket (70%) (Potato (79%), Dried Potato, Vegetable Oils (Sunflower, Rapeseed) in varying proportions, Potato Starch, Salt, Dextrose)
- Sausage (30%) (Pork (66%), Pork Fat, Water, Salt, Potato Starch, Preservative (Sodium Nitrite), Nutmeg Extract, Pepper Extract, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Onion Powder, Stabilizer (Disodium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Lactate), Yeast Extract, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein)
Oven cook: Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount of product from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4-5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 190°C (conventional) or 180°C (fan-assisted) and bake for between 18-22 minutes. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once cooked: 4 hours hot.
