Oven cook: 1. Pre heat oven – 190°C 2. Space products evenly always use solid trays 3. Bake 16-20 minutes 4. Once baked check core temperature (82°C) 82°C must be achieved Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4-5cm space around each piece. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (Conventional) or 180°C (fan-assisted) and bake for 16-20 minutes. Avoid overcooking as this may cause the filling to boil out. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63 C or higher. Shelf life once cooked: Hot – 4 hours.
