Frozen, unbaked bacon with added water and grated cheese in puff pastry
- Puff Pastry: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Salt, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids)
- Filling: Bacon with Added Water (28%) [Pork (24%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)], Cheddar Cheese (9%) (Milk, Salt, Starter Culture, Rennet), Cheese (2.5%) (Milk, Salt, Starter Culture, Rennet), Potato Starch
- Glaze: Water, Dextrose, Colours (Carotenes, Paprika Extract)
- Contains Milk
- Contains Wheat
Oven cook: Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4-5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 190°C (Conventional) or 180°C (fan-assisted) and bake for 22-27 minutes. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once baked: Hot – 4 hours.
