Oven cook: Our battered fish & chips are best cooked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Tip place on a wire rack for that delicious crispy bubbly batter! Step 1 Pre-heat the oven 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8 and remove all packaging and set aside the chips. 5 Mins Step 2 place fillets on wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 5 mins. Step 3 Place the chips on a separate baking tray and place on the top shelf of the oven. Step 4 cook both the fillet and chips for a further 20 mins (fan 15 mins). Air frying All cooking guidelines vary, therefore please refer to your manufacturer’s guidelines. Ensure food is piping hot and do not re-heat once cooled. Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven or airfryer as it may contain hot oil. Please refer to manufacturer’s guidelines for cleaning airfryer after use.
