boxing day turkey curry
Xmas turkey curry
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Serves: 4

  • 2 onions
  • 500g turkey (fresh or left-over)
  • 100ml water
  • 100ml cream
  • 1 Jar of Patak’s Korma Sauce

1. Peel and chop the onions. Fry until soft and golden.

2. Add the Patak’s Korma Sauce and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.

3. If using fresh turkey, add the turkey and cook between 10-15 mins until the meat is cooked through, with no pink showing.
Or, if using left over turkey, add to the sauce and cook for around 5 mins until the turkey is hot.

4. Add the water and simmer for another 15 minutes.

5. Add cream and bring back to the boil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
